February 2026. I had an issue with ice damns and water coming into my home. I contacted at least 4 local companies in Stafford, and one outside Stafford, based on recommendations. CT Eastern Builders was 1 of 2 that actually got back to me. One company was taking advantage of the situation and was exorbitantly priced. CT Eastern Builders got back to me, even though they couldn’t come immediately, they came as soon as they could and I was happy with that. Communication was great with Daryl Owens and the price was fair. The two employees that showed up were pleasant and professional. This is my first time working with CT Eastern Builders and I won’t hesitate to contact them in the future should I have additional work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had CT Eastern Builders do projects at the house three years in a row. First year they did my roof, second year was the shed siding and this year they just finished both my decks with Trex (expanded the main deck) and re-shingled the shed. Obviously, I'm very happy with their work. (see pictures) If you want it done right the first time, call Daryl at CT Easter builders. They have a team of workers that cannot be beat. Pro tip - call early in the season if you can. They are good, that means they book up fast! P.S. - If you’re wondering why there are no post caps on the main deck it is because I'm awaiting lighted post caps that I ordered late. That's on me.

Great experience with CT Eastern Builders for my recent roof replacement. They were very responsive during the quoting process and the work itself was completed in one day! Was looking for my deck to get a facelift. It was roughly 25 years old, made of wood, put on by the previous owners of the house. It’d been repainted a few times, but the floor was rotting, several planks were in need of repair. I got a quote from another builder, their quote was huge. I looked elsewhere, got a quote from CT Eastern Builders that was CONSIDERABLY less than my first quote to do the same job. The first builder also wouldn’t be able to start until early fall. Daryl and his team were able to start the same week. Ran into a few issues with how the original deck was built, but his team was able to fix the issues. The deck came out fantastic! Looks great.
